PECAN NUT AND RAISIN BROWNIES

Ingredients list:
- 220g dark chocolate
- 220g butter
- 150g mix bread pizza and sweets
- 15g bitter cocoa
- 200g granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3g baking powder
- 1g salt
- 70g pecans
- 70g raisins soaked in rum
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients and be careful to scrupulously respect all the doses. Turn on the oven at 180° in static mode.
Step 2
Put the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them in the microwave. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk. Combine the two compounds, turn until you get a smooth and shiny compound.
Step 3
On a sheet of parchment paper, sift together the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Once this last operation is done, combine the dry ingredients with the egg, sugar, chocolate and butter mixture. Mix well and also add the salt and mix again. Take the pecans and 16 half kernels keep them aside, while the rest chop it coarsely and pour into the mixture, also pour the raisins previously soaked in rum, but squeeze them well.
Step 4
At this point line a square mold of about 20×20 cm with parchment paper, and pour the mixture you have obtained. Decorate with the half kernels you kept back earlier and bake for 30 minutes. A crust will form on top but inside it will be soft and melt in your mouth.
