30-40 minutes in a ventilated oven at 170°

Hello everyone I am Violly, and today I prepare you a new recipe: GASTRONOMIC PANETTONE! Follow me as we begin to knead!!!

Ingredients list:

  • 350 gr Mix Bread Pizza Sweets Revolution
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 g water
  • 50 g milk
  • 15 gr yeast (you can also put only 12 g)
  • 30 g soft butter
  • 7 g salt


In a jug, pour the water, the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.

In the bowl of the stand mixer, put the liquids, the flour and the eggs and activate.

Stir well until the mixture is smooth and without lumps, it will take about 10 minutes.

Stop the planetary mixer, scrape the edges and the bottom of the bowl well, pour the salt on the dough and reactivate the planetary mixer, add the soft butter cut into small pieces, one piece at a time, and continue to mix until the dough will have absorbed; it will take about 15 minutes.

Pour into the ramekin and put it to rise in the preheated oven.

After about 2 hours, check the leavening: the dough should have almost reached the edge, it’s time to cook it.

Turn on the oven at 170° ventilated mode. While the oven is heating up, brush the entire surface of the panettone with a beaten egg yolk and a drop of milk and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for about 30/40 minutes, it must be well browned.

Let it cool and then cut it and stuff it as you like!!!

Mortadella mousse, ricotta and chopped pistachios

Tuna sauce, mayonnaise and prawns
